Policy Details

We love animals but not all of our guests do so we have concluded we must set a "no pets" policy.

Our reservations are refundable up to 8 days before your planned arrival date.  Any reservation cancelled 7 days or less than your planned arrival date (or booked with less than 7 days of your arrival date) are non refundable.  We understand that "things happen" and are happy to work with you to move the reservation to another date that works for us both - the reservation, when moved, is non refundable.

We love children and may soften this policy per circumstances, but generally, we are not a  "Child Proofed" historic home, don't have cribs, high chairs or booster seats and so on, so; in general, we don't recommend the Bed and Breakfast for children under 5.

We are a  smoke free, flame free facility.

Breakfast is in the Main House Dining room, served between 7AM-9AM.  Cottage guests just proceed to the front door and come on in!

We do work to ensure you have a wonderful meal and please do provide advance notice if you have any food allergies or restrictions / preferences.  Mark likes to be creative and measure up to your food challenge.

Check in is generally between 3-6PM at our front door - if this doesn't work for you, no worries, we just need to know when you are arriving to ensure we can accommodate the time.  We are a small business and a later arival impacts the breakfast chef!  No one wants a sleepy chef burning scones!

Check out is at 11AM

Cottage guests: we usually set this up for a self-service check in after 3 on your day of arrival.  No need to come to the front door - just check with us if you need anything after your arrival to help you settle in.
